With our in-house manufacturing capabilities, local crafts men & relationships with unique suppliers built up over many years we can just about do anything. Our general rule is, if we can draw it then we can make it, which gives us endless possibilities.
We like a challenge & come up with some ideas that cause us some headaches but the more effort they take to get right the more the end result is worth it. So if it’s a bespoke made to measure media unit, some super tall wardrobes, an understairs storage unit or fuse board cover you want we can take care of it.
I think the biggest & most bespoke job we have done is this one of a kind booth seating area, this was designed from scratch to fit perfectly with our kitchen units. The seating part was made up from forty shaped pieces that were cut to perfection on a state of the art CNC machine, these were all connected together with more individually cut pieces & then wrapped in special bendy MDF to create the tic-tac shape. This was then sprayed in a car body shop to match the colour of the hi-gloss kitchen units & give it’s super reflective hi-gloss final coating. Once this was installed we designed & created the ceiling boxing to perfectly match the shape of the seating & the island units, we added some LED lighting & then it was all painted to match the ceiling. The customer was really pleased with the end result, it’s the wow factor part when people come round & I think it was a great achievement for us & well worth all of the work that went in to it.
